Full install steps

Download developer1-jobs-chrome-extension.zip.
Extract the zip somewhere permanent on your computer.
Open chrome://extensions/, enable Developer mode, click Load unpacked, select the chrome-extension folder.
On a job card, use Open with extension, then the extension popup on the application page.
